Another Crappy Week
I ran four days this week for a total of 30 miles. However, my legs feel stiff and sore as if I had just logged a personal high for weekly mileage. I don't really know why I feel this way, but it's time to stop slacking and get running. Fortunately, I'm finally digusted enough with my lazing around that I think I'm ready to get serious and run like I did a few weeks ago. I have two weeks to kick off some good running before I either start race specific training for the Bizz Johnson Marathon or decide on another race.
